Step 1: After washing your hair, put a lot of it on damp hair from the roots to the ends.
Step 2: Gently massage, paying special attention to the ends, and spread it out evenly.
Step 3: Put on a conditioning cap and heat it for 15 minutes, or leave it alone for up to an hour without heat.
Step 4: Rinse well with cool water and style your hair as usual.
Step 5: Use it once every one to two weeks.
