3. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
We only share your data with third parties if strictly necessary for the performance of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Key third parties with whom we share data include:
· Shipping partners (PostNL): Name and delivery address for delivering your order.
· Payment service providers: Your payment details for processing the payment.
· Website and IT partners (Shopify): For the hosting and operation of our online store.
We enter into data processing agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf, in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.
4. Retention periods
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and never longer than the statutory retention periods.
· Financial data: Are retained in accordance with the statutory seven-year tax retention period.
· Contact and Order Details: Retained for as long as you are an active customer, plus a subsequent period for warranty and service purposes.
· Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe.
5. Data Security
We ensure that your personal data is adequately secured. Data is treated confidentially and with the utmost care. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, and only authorized staff have access to your data.
6. Your Rights (Access, Correction, and Deletion)
You have the following rights regarding the data we process about you:

2. Right to Correction or Supplementation: You may request to have your data corrected or supplemented.
3. Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten').

7. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit your request in writing or by email. We may ask for additional information (such as proof of identity) to verify your identity.
· Processing time: We will process your request within one month of receipt.
· Costs: We do not charge a fee for providing information.
· Complaint: If you believe that your request has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP).
