14-Day Cooling-off Period
Once you have received your order, you can try out the product. If it does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. You have 14 days to return the product, starting from the day of receipt.
Terms and Conditions
· No Final Sale: There are no 'final sale' items. All products can be returned, provided they are undamaged and unopened.
No Restocking Fee: No fees are charged for processing returns.
Return procedure
Notification (Crucial Detail): Notify us via email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to return it.
Return information: You will receive the necessary return information via email or telephone.
Download Label: Just send us an email (customerservice@beautyandhairsupply.nl) and we will create a return label for you.
Shipping: Return the product to the specified address along with the relevant information.
Processing: Upon receipt, your order will be exchanged or your money refunded within 14 days.

Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken:
Hair accessories and hairpieces (wigs, extensions, ponytails, braids).
We may charge a fee for processing the return of opened hair and skin care products.
Damaged or Incomplete Product
If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may be issued or charges applied. This is determined in consultation with the customer.
