Step 1: Before putting on the full application, do a strand test and a patch test as directed.
Step 2: Follow the instructions and mix the relaxing cream with the activator in a container that isn't made of metal.
Step 3: Starting at the nape of the neck and working your way up, apply evenly to dry, detangled hair in sections, avoiding the scalp.
Step 4: Leave it on for the amount of time that the strand test says, but don't go over the maximum time that is recommended.
Step 5: Rinse well, wash with the indicator shampoo until the foam turns white, and then style and condition as you like.
