How To Use?

Step 1: After processing the perm lotion, rinse hair thoroughly while rods remain in place.
Step 2: Remove excess water with a towel.
Step 3: Uniformly neutrilize to all rods.
Step 4: Leave for the recommended processing time
Step 5: Carefully remove rods.
Step 6: If necessary, reapply the remaining neutralizer to the curls.
Step 7: Rinse thoroughly with water.
