Manic Panic High Voltage Classic is a semi-permanent fantasy hair dye that gives your hair a smooth, shiny finish and bright, bold color. It has a mix of high quality vegan pigments and conditioners that make hair feel soft, healthy, and shinier after coloring. It works best on hair that has already been lightened, but it can also add noticeable tones to darker or virgin hair, depending on your base.

The resealable tub makes it easy to use more than once and touch up, and you can mix different shades together (or use a pastel mixer) to make your own colors and softer pastel effects. It doesn't have any harsh chemicals, so it's safe for hair and helps with comfortable coloring. It's perfect for anyone who wants bright color without damaging their hair.

How To Use?

Step 1: Do a patch test 24 to 48 hours before using. Put on gloves and cover up your clothes and surfaces.
Step 2: Shampoo your hair first (don't use conditioner), then dry it all the way for better results.
Step 3: Use a tint brush to evenly apply dye from the roots to the ends of each section of hair. Soak well.
Step 4: Process for 30 to 45 minutes (longer can make it more intense; follow your instructions).
Step 5: Rinse with cool water until most of the water is clear. Don't wash your hair right away.

Pro-Tip: To make your hair last longer, wash it less often, use cool water, and color-safe products.
